I ordered a Shimano 7900 chain. The chain that arrived (shipping was quick) was a 7901 chain. The 7900 chains are difficult to find and so I was willing to pay a higher price. While the 7901 chain will work they are more common and can be purchased for a lower price. I contacted Ben's Cycle and explained the situation to Matt. He was very helpful and agreed to make an adjustment to the purchase price. I was satisfied with the transaction and would recommend Ben's to others.
