Ever feel like you are just not sized right on your new bike? Or you didn't quite get the bike you originally went to the store to buy? We've heard the stories from both customers and customer’s friends who have been steered in a wrong direction in a bike sale. Maybe it's because the shop didn't carry the type of bike they wanted, had a particular model they needed to liquidate or maybe they didn't have the right size in stock, but still wanted the sale. That is definitely not the way to treat a new bike customer or any customer. A shop like that isn't concerned about your need or comfort on a bike; they just wanted a sale. Once you’re out the door...its money in their cash drawer and they're on to the next.We strive to make sure you're getting the right bike for your type of riding. Not only that; we won't put you on a bike that doesn't fit you properly. These are important things to us and they should be even more important to you. We want you to love riding your bike and will do our best to make sure you do.

Customer service was excellent. Ben's is fast--ordered cork grips for my wife's beach crusier online one evening and the next morning I had a notification that the grips had already shipped. Product was exactly as described. Wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I liked shopping at Ben's. I couldn't get the the part I needed at my LBS but I found it at Ben's. I was worried that my order would take more than a week, since it was going from Milwaukee to L.A., but I got it in 5 days. The description of the part was detailed and arrived as it was described. I would use them again.
