I had a fantastic experience ordering through Ben's cycles. The order was delivered extremely fast as well.

I lost a few pawl springs from my i-9 free hub during service. I needed replacements ASAP. I ordered online and got them in 2 business days. Extremely pleased with the speed and cost. Since the springs were cheap, I also ordered them locally at my LBS which is only 5 hours away from i-9 in Asheville. They came faster across the country from Ben's Cycle than they did here in-state. I still haven't received them from my LBS (a week and counting) So pleased.

The title is about all I can say other than what should be apparent that I will not hesitate to buy from Ben's Cycle again if they have what I need at a fair price.

The item arrived as scheduled. No sign of damage in the packaging. Unpacking was frustration-free. Expected contents were all accounted for, and undamaged. Item was installed on the bicycle without any problem. I am now using it and all its features. This pedal pair & kit replaced the pedal pair on my Brompton.

I purchased a 48 spoke front discounted in a 48 spoke we are hub from Ben cycles/Milwaukee bicycle company. The shipping was super timely and came way faster than I expected. The hubs feel super nice and spend very well I'm very happy with the purchase.

I was looking for a specific brand of track cycling gloves, and after a bit of discussion, which the service rep was happy to have, we found the correct manufacturer. The next question was the size. I received a call back from a service rep that could reference sizing, and the perfect size showed up just as promised.

I will order from them again!
