Love this rug!
It was a long wait for my custom rug, but well worth it. It is wonderful quality and absolutely beautiful. The carpet is a thick shag with colors that are rich and vibrant. I have received so many positive comments from family members who have seen it.

scam
I was offered a free pillow for a review. I left a review and the pillow never showed up. Then I was led on that something was coming. Nothing has showed and when I asked for the pillow, they called me silly for asking for a free pillow. I will not be ordering from them again. They are In Morocco so its hard to have trust in this.

I am so excited to have found Benisouk
I am so excited to have found Benisouk. Morrocan rugs are trending right now but after having perused many sources they have by far the best selection. I ordered 2 vintage rugs and 1 new. The vintage rugs are even more stunning in person - they are as pictured but there is a bit of texture that you cannot glean off the web that make them even more luxe. They feel very soft underfoot and have a good weight. I will be buying several more for the new home I'm renovating and will share pictures. The only thing I warn against is I heard from a friend the rugs shed. While that's not the case with the vintage rugs, the new rug does shed, the pile doesn't carry the same high quality as the vintage ones and looks sloppy. As far as this company goes they are top notch. The website makes it easy to browse and to save favorites before purchasing. Once I made a purchase I changed my mind about one rug and customer service immediately came to the rescue and waited until I swapped the rug out before processing my order. Once order was placed the rugs arrived quickly.

Great rug, well packaged for shipping
My Beni Ourain rug was well-packaged, and arrived quickly. It looks great! I was surprised that there are only tassels on one side, but I re-reviewed the ad and it's represented correctly. A few vacuums in, the rug is still shedding as expected, but it's gone down considerably!
