The total quote is misleading and I actually could have booked the same hotel cheaper on Southwest. The total did not include the taxes and fees until check out.

After 8 days, I still have NOT received the confirmation email. I contacted AARP and they have not received anything about my rejoining. They said it may take weeks to receive it. But your website said I would receive an email confirmation within 48 hours. It's been 8 days!

Horrible experience: I booked a hotel room and received an order confirmation; also the payment was taken from my account. Thinking, everything worked, I arrived at the hotel. At the check-in, I was told that the booking never arrived in their system and that I was should have received an additional confirmation if it would have worked. I called beneplace to get an alternative hotel room; but they were not able to organize anything. After an hour of also talking to a supervisor, I decided to search for another room on my own. Due to a national holiday, the next free room I could find was a 20 min Uber ride away and more expensive. In total, I had additional expenses of about 80 $ and lost three hours. Finally, they did not even refund me the additional expenses not to mention a compensation of the inconvenience. All I got was the announcement of getting a 50 $ promotional voucher, usable for only up to 50% of the billing amount and only in few restaurants in my town. But not even this did arrive - I just received a 25 $ voucher and a notice that they closed the case and would not receive any answers to my mails. To summarize: The offers seem attractive, but it is not worth the risk and annoyance. Unfortunately, as a German, I have too little knowledge about the American legal system; yet, I am still thinking about taking legal action since this is not acceptable at all.

Extremely convenient and fast! The discounts are significantly good, and there is a lot of coverage for activities.
