Yes, the site offers discounts on experiences. I'll give them that. The bait is the ticket pricing (in this case, I purchased Regal Cinemas tickets)....$9/each for Premier E-Tickets (ordered 2). Click to check out and see nearly $8 in "taxes and fees"). There's no sales tax in Oregon where I live. This is purely "fees." *THEN* I go to redeem the E-Tickets (thinking I'd already paid whatever surcharges may be part of the ticket). Regal wants to charge $3.60 ticket surcharge to redeem the E-Ticket in their app. Brings the unit cost per ticket to $14.80. Still saves a few bucks, but.....man.....this is a rip-off.

I wish we would have known that the "discounted ticket" had a 22% "fee" not taxes, but fees. Hence not really the advertised discount. But at that point we had to purchase, since no information on the amount till checkout. Very unprofessional.

Don't waste your money or time. They are horrible. They never have cars available. We go to the place and we had a reservation we waited an hour before the manager came out to say very rudely we have no cars available the wait will be 2 to 3 hours. Didnt even apologize. I paid for the car with my sons card when I get to the place I explained to them I had lost my debit card and they took my money and won't refund it. Even if I had my card they had no cars available that's the whole point of making reservations. I don't recommend this place.

compare on other sites,before I bought some football tickets, save $5 bucks compare to the taxes and fees other was chagrining! I figure something is better than nothing at all. Especially for nosebleed seats at a cheap price.

I used the site to purchase tickets to a theme park. Quick and easy. I had completed my transaction in minutes and it did not take long for me to receive my e-ticket via email. Great service. Thanks.
