When we set up the tripod for the first time it worked perfectly and seemed sturdy. However when we were putting it away, two of the legs snapped when we were folding it back up. We reached out to customer service immediately, and Coach Mark was prompt with his response and sent us a replacement tripod. We love the product and are happy with the customer service.

Ordered the extra pad, but didn't receive it. Reached out to customer service, got Nikki, and within 2 hours, a couple of emails, and I have a set being sent out to me. Can't ask for anything better than that!!
