Benchmark GolfReviews of benchmarkgolf.com

Had an issue with shipping since I bought it through the shop app (not directly through them) I emailed customer support and coach Niqui was super helpful and resolved it very quickly! Thank you so much!

I really wanted this to work for my husband, but due to several back surgeries he was not quite ready to pick up a golf club quite yet. Mark made the return quick and easy. Hope to revisit Benchmark Golf when my husband is feeling more comfortable playing again!

Mark, your Customer Service Representative was understanding regarding my refund request (missed delivery date owing to carrier of product for delivery.) Refund was promptly issued and correspondence was comprehensive for success in re-placing order this coming Spring.

I purchased a benchmark golf daddy and absolutely love. When I was closing the tri pod one for the legs broke. I immediately contacted the company and within minutes I got a response from Coach Mark. He asked me to take a picture of the tri pod and send it back to him. I few hours later he sent me an email saying they were sending me a new one! I couldn’t have asked for better help! I am definitely recommending this product to friends! Coach Mark was absolutely wonderful to work with very respectful and understanding with the whole problem! Julie Sacco

I needed to update my shipping address and Mark was very helpful in getting that done. He took care of it in a timely manner with no problems. Great customer service!!

Response time was very quick and my issue was resolved in less that 24 hours.

Mark goes above and beyond! He's always quick to respond, resolved my shipping issue right away, and even answered my tech question about the app within 15 minutes on a weekend. This is what true customer service looks like. Thank you, Mark!
