Super disappointing!! Bought the Golf Daddy simulator as a gift for my golf-loving boyfriend and it has never worked, not once. The app won’t pick up swings, gets stuck on “Processing,” and constantly says it can’t detect the mat even when it’s perfectly in place. I tried two phones and multiple setups with no luck. I requested a refund and return label since the product was defective out of the box, and I’ve heard nothing back. Even the website to submit the returns is defective. Based on other reviews, this seems like a common issue, not a fluke. Would not recommend.

Coach Mark from customer service worked quickly to resolve my issue. Him and his team stayed in contact and tried to make things right by ensuring I was happy in the end.

Ordered one for my husband and later one for our son-in-law. Hadn’t received the codes for the first order and didn’t realize until I received it for the second order. Sent an email and within a few minutes Coach Mark had re-sent both codes. Very pleased so far!

Coach Mark was very responsive to my email about needing a shipping address changed! I appreciated him helping me with this!

Mark was quick with a response and very professional and helpful

I was worried I had a credit card processing issue - I sent an email to their Help@ email. and within less than a couple of hours I received a "human" reply. This addressed a couple of other concerns I had: 1) I ordered direct which I do infrequently (worried it's China) and 2) I usually find myself going around in circles with the bots. In one quick email "Coach Mark" proved there was a kind human behind the note and the time stamp told me it was the US. Thanks Coach Mark - we're looking forward to getting our Golf Simulator.

I am disappointed with their teturn process. They repeatedly am telling me they will supply me with return labels to no a avail VERY Disappointed ☹️

Coach Mark was very helpful and responded quickly when I was having issues placing my order. The problem was cleared up and I placed my order within an hour of my email, on a Sunday no less! Very grateful so I can get the item by Father’s Day!
