Well, this is my first time returning something to Golf Daddy. I am still waiting to see if they will except my returned items. So far, the return process appears to be adequately working. Thank you.

Coach Nikki was a tremendous help in helping my wife and I make an informed decision on the purchase of a golf simulator. Her insight and experience were invaluable in providing informed information to help us in our purchase. She was a very responsive communicator and was able to breakdown the pros and cons of different systems, helping my wife get comfortable with her purchase.

We received the product but the tripod unfortunately broke on the first use. We are not sure why, but I contacted Golf Daddy and Mark was very helpful in helping me troubleshoot the problem and he expedited a new tripod to us. He made it so easy which is hard to come by these days! Thanks, Coach Mark!
