I made an order with Beloved in February of 2015 and still have yet to receive my merchandise, my refund or an email from customer service. I have emailed the company many times only to get nothing in return. This was the worst experience and would never refer this site to anyone nor would I ever order from them again.

Ordered a shirt on November 28th intending to get it by Christmas. I received the package on Jan. 12th. I love their products, but this was crazy. I did get some emails from them, however I had to reach out several times to get responses. Got an initial shipping delay email on Dec. 21st. I understand this happens but that's almost a month after my order. Really bummed out.

Shipping took ages, but overall fabulous experience. The jumpers come out true to the image, and super high quality. Very impressive!

Nothing to complain about, helpful and awesome as always.

It was expensive, it arrived after more than a month, and finally the sleeves were too short. Indeed, even with a 35% discount, it still had cost me over 80$, which is really expensive for a single sweatshirt. I ordered it on November 27th and I've been told multiple times that if I ordered before December 8th I would receive my order before Christmas and I didn't (got it on Dec 30). That didn't really bother me, but still, for the price and time I expected a good quality for the print and the sweatshirt itself. The image printed on the collar wasn't aligned with the rest, the two sleeves are not the same length, and both of the sleeves are too short. Oh and the sizing is so weird! Is it only made for like tiny fat persons? Because it really is large (almost too large, but I don't really care since it's a sweatshirt), the body is a bit too short, and so are the sleeves! Even if I would have ordered a larger size, an extra ½ inch is not enough for a sleeve to be long enough!! Can you please work on that? Overall, I was just really disappointed. I did not put one star only because I was answered fast when I sent an email, and I like the quality of the printed image (bright colors, doesn't look like they're going to fade away the first time the sweatshirt's going to be washed).

I expected the print and colors to be far more vibrant and stand out more. I also expected a mens 3XL to fit me fairly loose since I wear a woman's 3xl to fit loose. It was snug and not as roomy as I expected it to be, even after reading the sizing guide I expected more room.

Other than the waiting period, these shirts are unreal!
