I ordered a couple of hoodies a couple of weeks before Christmas due to an email I received guaranteeing delivery by Christmas Eve. I got a confirmation email shortly after ordering it. I didn't think to check it again until December 23, when the hoodies had not arrived. The status was still "accepted and getting your order ready to ship." It wasn't a big deal to not receive them before Christmas, so I sent an email to them requesting an update. After another three emails and a phone call to the number on my credit card bill, I had to dispute the charges as a final solution. I have ordered from them before and have had no issues, I'm under the impression since my hoodies were on sale, they didn't want to honor their price.

Online purchase experience was mostly slick and friction-less. Garment sizing chart does not seem to distinguish between children's and adult's sizing and in the end we just took a chance. Shipping time was vaguer and notification of the order shipping didn't arrive for a few weeks. Order eventually arrived after a few weeks and additional brokerage was charged (about 30% of the garment's cost).

I enjoy the products this company offers. Was very uneasy about purchasing anything due to reviews I read about items not being received. I also do not like that if you make an order for multiple items there is a chance they aren't shipped at the same time and the time between the shipments was ridiculous. I can see what the company is aiming for but I think they need to hire a few more people. Receiving an email response for multiple inquires took 2-3 business days. The responses were very nice and tried to make me feel at ease ( I was very excited for my package and it was 3 weeks late on arrival) about actually receiving my merchandise. Print-to-order is really cool but you need to have the capacity to grow as your company grows. My sweater was awesome and it was a great buy!

I don't know what I bought but apparently beloved wants me to write a review. I don't know if the sizing was correct because I didn't buy anything. I give the quality 5 stars because I'm not actually sure but I hope it deserves 5 stars. I like beloved's stuff so yeah

I ordered a sweat shirt for my granddaughter on 11/24/15 and the money was withdrawn from my bank on 11 27/15, It was to be a Chanukah gift for her. It arrived a couple of days before Christmas, and we do celebrate both holidays. It was a frustrating long wait and it was made worse because there is no way to call and speak to a customer service representative. I ordered this in plenty of time and they got my money right away but I had to wait nearly a month for delivery, She did love the shirt and we are happy with the product but I don't know if I would order again from this company

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from this company and I've had bad experiences both times. when the first item finally arrived, the actual item was great, but the item I ordered this time, which is a pair of shorts with a Galaxy print on them (on December 7, 2015) HASN'T COME YET! Today as I"m writing this it is January 13, 2016. Supposedly it's finally on it's way. When I tried to contact the company to check on my order, I got NO response either this time or last time. I needed to find out when they were going to ship and possibly change the shipping address since it is taking so long. Be forewarned if you purchase from this company!
