Debra, we're sorry to hear about the poor experience you've had with the items from Bella Ella Boutique. We apologize for the customer service delay, our team typically responds to customer service emails within 12 hours, but when you first reached out to us we were short staffed that day. Unfortunately, our return policy does state that once an item has been washed, we are no longer able to provide a refund. Each item has specific wash and care instructions to help prevent the damage you experienced on your items.

Looking into your order, it does look like we were able to get the order shipped out on Saturday (within 24 hours of when you ordered) but your package then ran into some fulfillment issues with USPS which caused the delay in when you received it. Getting our customers their order as fast as possible, especially when they pay for expedited shipping, is one of our highest priorities so we definitely missed the mark this time. We are more than happy to refund your expedited shipping cost since your package didn't arrive when expected.
