So I have ordered four times from here, however, this recent one was a bomb. Nothing against the boutique, they just sold me a defective item that has a marker stain on it. Because that it is a sale item, I am not able to return it. I do wish that if they are going to sell defective items to us, that they would put in a different section online or do what other boutiques do and sell the items marked down but at warehouses where they can get a lot of buyers that are able to see the items and are able to make the decision to purchase it or nots

I like these unique styles - I feel like I won’t show up to work in the same clothes as people in my area, which I can’t always be sure of when shopping at Macy’s, T.J. Maxx, etc. I always check out Bella Ella when I’m looking for affordable, unique styles for any season, and I’m never disappointed!

Cute clothes with reasonable prices. I got the paperbag black skinny jeans and its super cute. Hope the shipping is fast!

I ordered two pretty sweaters and when I got them home they were way too short in the front. I couldn't return them because they were on sale and I didn't know you couldn't return anything on sale. So in the trash they went. Wasted 50.00. I will never shop here again. Lesson learned.
