I was nervous since this is a new store for me, but I was very pleasantly surprised at the experience. Quick shipping, items as described, very cute and I really am excited to order again!

I have ordered from this company several times and have been mostly pleased. However, a dress I purchased in June has already ripped. I reached out to customer service and got what felt like a templated, uncaring reply and a "I'm sorry for the inconvenience". Regardless of the garment being worn, a company should stand by the quality of their items. They could of at least offered me some sort of credit. I will not be ordering from this company again due to the poor customer service.

I love Bella Ella Boutique! With such cute clothes and great customer service- what more could a girl want? I was so impressed with how quickly customer service reached out to me about my order (one of the items I purchased was out of stock), and how friendly and accommodating they were when coming up with a solution that would work for me. 10/10 would recommend.

I signed up for email notifications so I could get 10 percent off my first purchase and the email with code didn’t come quick enough to use it.

The dress I purchased was true to size and picture! The only complaint I have is that it was very wrinkly upon receiving it, but that’s what you get with online shopping sometimes.

The prices are great and so is the quality of clothing. My order was shipped within a day or two and took a couple days to arrive, which is a lot faster than most online boutiques. Overall, my experience with Bella Ella was amazing!
