Everything always ships out fast and love the clothes

I love the clothing here and how fast everything ships! Love the store too but the website too!

The sizing was not right. Went to return for store credit because I like the clothes. Said it can't be returned. Now I am out $30 which is enough for me to never shop this boutique again. Bad reviews are hidden, only the good ones are on the page. I want to warn people about the return policy. Other reviews said returns were quick and easy. Not the case.

I always have an easy time shopping on this website, although I have large hips and a small waist so it makes it hard to buy rompers, bottoms, or fitted dresses on this site. The tops, however, are fantastic! I wish there was a more detailed size chart for the items such as hip and waist measurements.

I order most my clothes from cute online boutiques (Pink Lily Boutique - they are great!) so when i came across Bella Ella i said why not give them a chance even though im usually religiously shopping at the same boutique over and over. One thing that stood out to me about this boutique was their prices. I ordered 4 dresses and two tops from them for $80. I recieved my order within three business days which was great. I will honestly say, the quality of the items varied so much... a couple dresses (professional, work wear) were very very thin and shaped a little oddly... i was really only pleased with the quality of one of the tops... I can't say i will never shop here again but i definetly was not over the moon happy once i recieved my items... im more of a quality shopper vs price typically and granted these were decently priced, how long are they really going to last me? Especially with some of them being paper thin ..... i may end up just sticking with my regular boutique.

Bella Ella Boutique is such a cute, trustworthy, and welcoming website. Sometimes I forget that it's such a good website to buy clothes. The shipping is fast and if there's any problems the employees will directly email you about it. It is extremely under rated and fyi no one told me to write this review :).

Fast delivery, cheap, yet high quality products! LOVE!
