I purchased a Belkin SC+ INVISIGLASS ULT IPSE/8/7 less than 12 months ago it lifted on top write corner and would not go back down, I called at my local Apple shop and they said they cannot replace it I would have to contact Belkin directly they gave me the details. I tried the web site with no joy whatsoever I needed an RMA number to enter the warranty claim, so I called the UK number on their web site several time and waited for ever still no joy. Tried the chat line but this was only based in the US it never connected me to an agent. At this time I am left with no options therefore I can only say what an awful company to do business with after years of being a customer, but not any longer!!

Ich habe für mein iPhone 13pro bewusst beim Apple Store die Folie aufziehen lassen. Nach der dritten Folie war die Folie dann ordentlich aufgebracht. Nach nicht einmal 2 Monaten war die Folie gebrochen. Ein Austausch lehnt Apple ab (Frechheit), verweist an Belkin. Auf der Support Seite habe ich dann eine neue Folie bestellt. Diese war nicht mehr lieferbar, und nur noch zur Selbstmontage. Diese bringt Apple nicht an. Nun habe ich Blasen unter der Folie. Mal sehen ob ich nun noch eine Neue bekomme. Auf jeden Fall würde ich nicht noch einmal so einen Mist kaufen! Kleines Update zum 24.9.2022 Ich habe immer noch keine neue Folie! Kurz nachdem ich die Folie reklamiert habe bekam ich von einem Mitarbeiter die Bitte, die Rechnung zu schicken. Per Antworten habe ich die Mail beantwortet mit der entsprechenden Rechnung. Mehrere Tage habe ich nichts gehört und beim Online Chat nachgefragt was den nun wäre. Ich müsste noch die Rechnung einreichen. Auf meine Antwort, das ich das vor Tagen schon gemacht habe sagte Mitarbeiter, oh ja das sehe ich auch. Aber das ist irgendwie nicht kombiniert worden, Sorry das habe ich jetzt gemacht. Nun dachte ich es wäre erledigt. Weit gefehlt, vorgestern bekam ich eine Mail, ich sollte doch bitte die Rechnung einreichen. 😡😡😡 Habe ich nun zum dritten Mal gemacht. Ich werde weiter berichten. Zwischenzeitlich habe ich mir eine andere Folie gekauft, kostet nicht mal die Hälfte und hat ein Gerät dabei zum staubfreien aufziehen der Folie, eine Ersatzfolie dabei und ebenfalls lebenslange Garantie.

I purchased a Belkin screen protector, I dropped my ph today and not only did the screen protector break but also my phones glass, I’m so upset. I have bought other screen protectors prior to belkin and my phones screen has always been protected.

J'ai voulu enregistrer une protection, n'y arrivant pas je suis passe par le CHAT et là une personne a pris ma référence et créer à priori mon enregistrement, je verrai la suite si souci. Très bon contact et très bonne prise en charge. Dommage qu'on ne puisse pas le faire via le site.

Do not buy a screen protector at Apple! I had it replaced 2 times because of air bubbles! The third time they refused I contacted Belkin for a refund and they refused to offer me a replacement. What difference do they make for a screen protector that is 3 times more expensive than the one made in china? I am so disappointed!

Franchement c’est une escroquerie validée par Apple. J’ai acheté un Apple 13 pro à l’Apple store de Montpellier le 04 juin 2022. La vendeuse m’a vendu une coque et une protection pour la vitre avant qu’elle a mis en place. 15 jours après environ la partie gauche s’est décollée. J’ai envoyé un mail à l’Apple store pour les informer et j’ai demandé à Belkin le changement. Après une relance j’ai reçu une nouvelle protection 15 jours après. Apple Store m’a répondu et il était près à me rembourser. Je suis allé voir un professionnel avec la nouvelle vitre un vendeur de téléphone qui a eu la gentillesse de me placer cette vitre.. une fois fait… un mois après rebelotte😡la nouvelle vitre s’est décollée au même endroit..de nouveaux écrits à Belkin et à Apple Store de Montpellier.. rien aucune réponse cette fois ci . Je dénonce une escroquerie de la part de Belkin sous couvert d’Apple. J’ai tous les mails et les photos des vitres .. a Fuir absolument 😡 Vous pouvez l’envoyer aussi à l’Apple store de Montpellier odysseum..apple.com Étant adhérent à UFC que choisir je vais les informer pour une mise en garde dans leur revue le cas échéant car apparemment je ne suis pas le seul dans ce cas

Horrible. I paid $CAD188 for the Belkin 3-in-1 Boost Charger Pro through Apple online in January 2022. It charged the phone and the watch fine but it was hit and miss for charging the AirPods, until it completely stopped charging the AirPods in August 2022. Apple told me to call Belkin for warranty. Belkin is an absolute nightmare to deal with, horrible customer service. I was on hold for more than 20 minutes more than once, the staff's comprehension of the English language is poor, they won't ship me a replacement until I send them my unit because I live in Canada (US customers receive the new unit first before having to send the faulty one back). They also enjoy giving customers the run around. Initially I did not have my receipt so they told me to call Apple for a duplicate receipt, which I did so Apple sent me a duplicate. I forwarded it to Belkin who refused is as they want it as a PDF. So now I'm in a catch-22 as Apple does not have a PDF of the receipt. Next time I will choose a company that has decent products and service.

Was told by Apple that their screen protectors are the best and that you would get a free replacement..so bought and had one fitted at the Apple store for £30. Then when I tried to register the model number it wasn’t listed..eventually found it, then received an email registering a completely different model. Contact with them is impossible..they don’t answer their phones or react to on-line chat. Heaven knows if I will ever get a replacement..should I need one...as I have now read all the negative comments... Apple should be ashamed.. will complain to them. Beware!
