If I could give no stars I would. Do not buy Belkin products. I paid $50 for a screen protector which has a 2 years replacement warranty. After the protector cracked I contacted Belkin via email. After chasing them for a month they sent an email telling me they will send a new protector. It has now been 4 months and numerous emails to their support email address and I haven’t heard anything back nor have I received the replacement protector.

Obligée de mettre une étoile, j’aurais voulu en mettre zero. J’achète un iPhone chez Apple, on me pose une protection d’ecran Belkin a 40€ en me disant que c’est garantie a vie. Moins d’un mois après la protection se décolle et se casse. Je retourne chez Apple et ils me disent que c’est avec Belkin qu’il faut voir directement. Je refais tout de même poser une protection Belkin a 40€ encore sachant qu’on me dit que je serais remboursée. Je contacte Belkin (catastrophe pour les avoir et ils parlent presque pas Français) et on me dit que pour que la garantie fonctionne il fallait commander le produit chez eux directement. Je me retrouve avoir repayé une protection qui était censé être garantie mais qui me sera jamais remboursée. Mon avis ? Ce sont des arnaqueurs incompétents, fuyez Belkin !!

SAV honteux, Ils répondent très en retard, 5 mois depuis ma déclaration et encore pas de solutions pour un film d'iPhone 13 pro qui s'est décollé au bout de 2 semaines. Le produit est en rupture de stock même si tu as une garantie à vie, mais tu peux rien faire avec. Même en acceptant un produit similaire, ils prennent plus d'une semaine pour répondre et encore ils n'ont pas envoyé le produit. Vraiment pour le prix du film (35 €) c'est catastrophique.

Pellicola acquistata da meno di un anno in un Apple Store e applicata direttamente da un addetto. Dopo alcuni mesi hanno iniziato a crearsi delle bolle d’aria. Ho contattato lo scorso mese il servizio di assistenza online per una sostituzione della pellicola in garanzia e ho compilato l’apposito form per la richiesta di sostituzione, confermando la richiesta via mail rcevuta da Belkin. Dopo settimane senza risposta ho contattato il servizio di chat online e mi dicono che il prodotto è ormai obsoleto e non è possibile riceverne uno in sostituzione. Mi dicono che per il rimborso devo chiamare il servizio clienti in Italia, in lingua inglese, e oltretutto non si riesce mai a prendere la linea per poter ottenere il rimborso, nonostante il prodotto sia ancora in garanzia. Prodotto mediocre e servizio clienti pessimo.

I should have read trustpilot before ordering. My Belkin Thunderbolt 3 dock has been working really poorly since the start on different laptops. I then created a support case, they concluded it was defective and I had to get a replacement. However they couldn't deliver the same model, they won't refund my money, they can't get me the same product and they won't let me add the money for the price difference to upgrade to a better product. I have to buy for that exact amount in their store, which basically means I have to buy some random Belkin product I don't want or need. When I write back and try to challenge this they ignore my mails (3 mails so far). I will never buy a Belkin product again and neither should you. Support case: 15132703.

ordered hdmi cables that were to slow 10 gbps instead of 18 gbps , rang belkin uk phone number , all working at home apparently , rang after sales no answer ,phone not working at times , connected to uk chatline [ not ] chatline was usa . usa said the order had not shipped and would expidite cancelation , two days later order arrived by courier ,refused delivery and sent back , three days later i received a email saying order was on its way , it seems when order was cancelled they could not get order out quick enough ,rang in total almost 40 times . reason for poor service was uk service does not exist , calls go to Philippines , in future any company i cannot contact on phone , no order , still waiting for refund . website misleading regarding uk phone numbers , hdmi leads , i wouldn’t order a dogs lead from them

Wir haben nun schon zum zweiten Mal eine Panzerfolie, die wir bei Apple gekauft haben, bei Belkin reklamiert, aber niemals eine Antwort von Belkin erhalten. Wir haben sogar beim zweiten Mal die Folie zusmmen mit dem Apple-Mitarbeiter bei Belkin registriert, am mögliche Fehler auszuschließen. Bei der Telefonhotline von Belkin kommt man nicht durch. Nicht zu empfehlen. Nie wieder

Belkin has the warranty on the screen protectors but it is not clear what it covers, so it is only a marketing thing. Customer care very unhelpful.
