I ordered the screen glass protector replacement under warranty and they promised that will come within 14 days. But nothing received yet. First I am still with broken screen protector when a long time ago could change it already in another company. Second I just wasted my time checking with this company so they just lied to me that they sent the replacement and they have just problems with delivery. Don’t trust them!

They send marketing mail when I haven't signed up to it. The unsubscribe link in the emails doesn't work. I'll never buy from them again.

Purchased an iPhone screen protector. Bubble formed a few months later. Filed a warrenty replacement request. No updates from them despite my calls and emails to their "customer support". Terrible service.

Disgusting customer service. I bought a 2-1 charger, it arrived and the product box had clearly been opened before, the seals were obviously broken. I looked inside and the sticker parts had poorly been stuck back on the product. Customer service chat unhelpful, I tried the product suspecting it wouldn’t work and guess what it DOESNT WORK. They’re saying 2-3 days for someone to contact me. Pathetic, should be getting one sent out straightaway and apologising. Can see this going around in circles.

Ik ben mijn volledige vertrouwen kwijt in Belkin-producten en de bijbehorende klantenservice. Mijn Belkin BOOST PRO 3-in-1 MagSafe Charger (model K76WIZ017) ging nét na twee jaar kapot, terwijl hij alleen op mijn nachtkastje heeft gestaan en zorgvuldig gebruikt is. Dit is een product waarvoor je een premium prijs betaalt en mag verwachten dat het langer meegaat dan twee jaar. Na contact met de klantenservice kreeg ik simpelweg te horen dat de garantie verlopen is en dat ze niets voor me kunnen doen. Geen enkele vorm van coulance, geen hulp, niets. Dit is géén service die past bij een merk dat zichzelf als premium positioneert. Als je alleen maar exact de garantietermijn wilt dekken zonder verder verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor kwaliteit, dan ben je simpelweg geen betrouwbaar merk. Ik raad iedereen die op zoek is naar hoogwaardige en duurzame producten ten zeerste af om Belkin te kopen. Je betaalt de hoofdprijs, maar krijgt producten van twijfelachtige kwaliteit én een klantenservice die je in de kou laat staan zodra je garantie verlopen is. Dit is de laatste keer dat ik iets van Belkin aanschaf, zowel privé als voor mijn zakelijke kantoorinrichting. Groeten, Imme

I purchased and installed a screen protector at the Apple Store, which came with a guarantee. However, when attempting to claim the warranty, I discovered that their website consistently displayed numerous errors. Consequently, I was forced to purchase a new screen protector, which was not from Belkin. The screen protector began to peel off approximately one month after installation. DONT WASTE your money
