Wow wow wow, Jamie is the amazing one, I am well high Maintance impatient and that’s my defects THANK GOD FOR JAMIES ASSETS, so patient and kind and caring toward every phone call every email every text, I could not imagine going through all the paper work and calls and time that Jamie did for me to make this an excellent experience, From paper work to trip to going into Mexico to hospital to Drs to the care, she told me how it would all go and it went as she said! Thank you Jamie and Belite Wright for giving me the best experience and still answering my questions with kindness!!!

I had reservations before going. However that changed instantly upon arrival. Ms. Jessica answered all my questions & eased all of my fears.

The staff in Juarez Mexico was great, I was treated very well as was my wife. The hospital was good. BeLiteWeight need to share more information on what happens to your body after the surgery. I was one the lucky ones, I lost 80 lb in 6 months, the bad thing about losing so much weight in a short time is my Gall Bladder got inflamed and had to be removed. I would recommend BeLiteWeight to anyone considering weight surgery but they need to get as much information as possible.

Great experience. They were always available to answer my questions and provide support.

From the very beginning Jessica made me feel comfortable with the whole process. She answered all of my questions and concerns without judgment. Then I got to the airport in El Paso thinking that this would be the sketchy part, boy was I wrong! Everything went so smoothly and I felt comfortable the whole time. And then I got to the hospital which was more like a beautiful hotel. My room was awesome, the nurses, doctors, orderlies, everyone! I don’t think any hospital experience has been as good as this one! I would recommend BeLiteWeight and Dr. Rodriguez to everyone looking for bariatric surgery. You can’t go wrong with them, they will take such great care of you!

When I first got there the experience was great. one of the nurses did blow my vein trying to get blood in my arm when I was prepped for surgery and I have a humongous bruise on my arm still from that that is very sore. Other than that everything leading up to the surgery went very well. after the surgery I was in a lot of pain and it took a little bit for someone to help me because no one spoke English. Once I got to my room I was visited and checked on by the nurses and they were very good no one hardly spoke English but that's expected going to another country but it did make it hard to communicate. I just thought maybe they would have a translator there. the doctors came in and checked on me and answered all my questions and they were very good, but when I would ask the nurses questions they really didn't understand me. So I just kept my questions to myself and googled them. But I have to say the hotel was very clean and the staff was very good besides the language barrier I would definitely recommend this place again to anyone inquiring about bariatric surgery. My nutritionist spoke English very well. My coordinator to the whole process is amazing she has been there for me every step of the way she has answered every question I had and what was very scary she helped me to understand it's not so scary and she was right! Her name is Jessica and she is amazing. I'm 2 weeks post-op and I am doing very well so all in all my experience was a 9 out of 10.

Very Professional, friendly and very informative all the way. I never had to wonder what was going to happen or when. They kept me up to date all the way through from arrival to leaving. The whole staff came to my room before and after surgery.
