Where do I begin? This is a very scary life long decision to make and from the very first interaction with the staff at BeLiteWeight, Jamie, I felt like part of the family. I received calls and text messages from her checking on me and answering any questions I had, absolutely no question unanswered. Day before surgery headed up to El Paso and was greeted by the driver who also was extremely nice . At the hospital I felt like the red carpet was being rolled out for us. All of the staff at the hospital so welcoming. Every single staff member we interacted with spoke english . Surgeons were amazing, made me feel so comfortable. I will recommend BeLiteWeight to every single person that asks or will listen to me. They are amazing! I give them and the hospital staff 1,000,000 stars

I had an AMAZING experience with BeLiteweight !! From beginning to finish ! Even now after I’m home they still continue to check up on me :) Many people get nervous do to surgery taking place in Mexico, but at no point did I feel unsafe during my entire trip the hospital picks you up from airport, and drops you off at the hospital they were always right on time waiting and ready to receive us ! As far as facility and doctors !!! Top of the line ! The doctors visited several times explained everything,and answered all my questions ! ( And I had tons lol... )I have had many hospital stays in the states,and I have never been treated with respect and felt like top priority as I did in Hospital Angeles ! I couldn’t help but buy the nurses lunch the day as I was leaving because I was so greatful for their care ! I had my dad traveling with me, however there were about 6 other people who had traveled from the states for the same surgery,and it was a neat experience to be able to talk and share this journey ! Looking back on it I would have been fine traveling alone for procedure !

I just recently returned from the hospital in Juarez where I was treated with so much kindness and great care. The staff was fantastic and the doctors were wonderful. The hospital was very clean and beautiful. Many of the staff spoke excellent English. I didn’t ever feel like I was not being informed. My elderly parents traveled with me and they were treated well and they accommodated their needs to the fullest. I was so impressed with BeLite. My patient facilitator Jess has been so helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience I have had. Thank You BeLite Weight!

Wow! I cannot even begin to say how amazing my experience is! In just 2 days it will have been 7 months since my surgery! I am down 85lbs and doing great! I am extremely thankful for everything!

Our experience was awesome! Joy was amazing. She kept in contact with us throughout the whole process. She answered all our questions and texts( I’m a big texter) whenever I sent them. Anytime I needed anything she was there. I can not express how wonderful they all were. The Hospital was top notch. From the Public relations people. All the nurses and doctors were attentive and spoke English and Spanish, which was helpful to me because I do speak some Spanish, my wife is fluent, it is not my first language. My wife got the full gastric bypass surgery and everything went great. If I could give BeLiteWeightweight 10⭐️s I would. Thank you Joy for everything!!!!

This is a top notch experience from beginning to the end. The driver called us before we even I boarded the plane. He spoke perfect English and was very nice and professional. He took us to the admitting office and let them know what we were there for. He then told us that they would register us and there was another lady there that would take us to our room. All of the nurses except one spoke good English. She understood some but if there was a question she would get one of the other nurses. Everyone is VERY nice and professional. Everyone wears monogrammed , ironed uniforms from the housekeepers, to dietary to transportation staff to the nurses. They were all very attentive. The room was as nice—the bathrooms were nicer than any that I have seen in the US. I am a nurse and I have seen a lot of facilities. The floors were extremely clean and shined like glass. The doctors were great and really nice. They made me feel relaxed and confident. They answered all of the questions that I had. Everything went like clock work. Words cannot express the experience that I jhad. I had talked to some others that had gone they your company and they were very satisfied. I had very little anxiety going to Mexico. A lot of my friends and family could not believe that I was going there. If I had it to do over again, I would go the same route again ! And last but certainly not least....Jessica my facilitator. She is TOTALLY AWESOME!!! She answered all Of the questions that I had and made me feel safe and confident even before I got on the plane to begin my journey. She calls afterward to check on you. She is always there if I have any questions or concerns in the future also. She has such a energetic and positive personality, she calmed any fears that I had. She alone deserves 4 STARS!!!!❤️

If it wasn't for Jessica!! I would have never made it!! I called other Surgery Centers even here in California, And was not happy at all!! I was looking for the best! She walked me through everything. She kept in contact with me, She spoke so highly of Dr. Rodriguez-Villarreal and Dr. Elmo Aramburo I call this Team a Team of Angels. I was confident that I had found the best!! And I did From the Airport to the Hospital everything was perfect!! I met with Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Elmo Aramburo and I knew I was put in the right hands. I would absolutely Highly recommend This Team of Angels.

The process, from start to finish, exceeded every expectation I had. Because I had some personal referrals to Jessica and BeLiteWeight, I had zero reservations going into the process and procedure, trusting that my experience would mirror that of those who recommended the company to me. Hospitale Angeles Juarez was exceptionally clean, secure, and ran like clockwork. My one and only complaint was the shower in our room leaked and flooded the first night, but maintenance arrived within minutes of us letting them know. (Hopefully they have it fixed now for the next patient in room 511.) The physicians, surgeons, nurses, nurses aids, radiology techs, food service personnel: EVERYONE was exceptionally helpful and very professional and great to work with. Excited about this journey to a better, healthier me, and couldn't have done it without BeLiteWeight!
