I am so pleased with the service I received by the BeLiteWeight Team! A friend of mine referred me to them and I was not afraid to commit at all. Aside from needing this major change in my life, the team of doctors along with my surgery facilitator were amazing. I owe a huge thank you to Jaime!! She has been there in every step of the way for me and reaches back to me when I message or call her. I recommend for you to request Dr. Elmo to be your surgeon. He has beautiful bedside manners and makes you feel welcomed, safe, and important. Do not hesitate and taking this step. You will not regret it! By the way, if you feel nervous about crossing the border into Mexico, please do not let that hold you back. Your shuttle driver is profession, courteous, a safe driver, and will get you to the hospital and back to your vehicle without any problems. I am so happy I went this route versus having surgery in the U.S.

I had a wonderful experience. Everyone that I talked to was very kind and helpful. If I ever had a question they were very quick to respond. They reached out on there own several times also to make sure that I was doing well, which was very nice.

I had a really great experience. Joy was my facilitator and was awesome to work with. Everyone there was great to work with, and they really made sure to explain everything and make the process easier. It was nice to be able to call them and get a hold of a human being especially the night before when I was panicking and just needed someone to tell me I was going to be ok. I had the bypass it went really well I have had no complications. Dr Rodriguez and Dr Elmo did my surgery. They were very informative and helped me make the right choice of surgery. I had originally gone for the sleeve but had bad reflux problems. I can honestly say I was afraid especially since I was going to Mexico. But I had the best treatment there, they really went above and beyond and the facility and staff were wonderful. The hospital was better than my local hospital and I felt like I was in great hands. There is a really tall doctor and I forget his name but he was awesome and made me feel very sure of myself and the new surgery choice. Their anesthesiologist is one of the nicest women I have ever met, she genuinely cares about her patients. My best recommendation is do not take other people's opinion of your choice seriously. People that I talked to tried very hard to tell me Mexico wasn't safe and that I would die there from surgery. I was fine and well taken care of and I don't understand the stigma behind some people's thoughts. My whole experience from the get-go was amazing! Jamie and the girls at belite were so awesome and helpful. They answered all my questions and were so willing to help me get this surgery done quickly! The surgery in Mexico was great! It was a great price and the staff there were attentive and kind! After surgery I figured I'd be on my own but 4 days preop I got a call from the belite team checking in on me. This process has been amazing! I highly recommend this team to anyone!

Everything went exactly like my patient facilitator Jaime said. From airport transportation to checking into the hospital (which is very nice and looks EXACTLY like the video) to the procedure, recovery to transportation back to the airport. Testing upon arrival was expedient, room was very clean and comfortable with a great view. Hospital staff was very nice and accommodating. Dr. Rodriguez and his team are quit impressive. This was one of the most positive experiences regarding a surgery/hospital stay I've had; better than a few I've had in the U.S. The procedure went great and I was surprised by how quick I was up and about, felt pretty good after the anesthesia wore off. It wasn't as scary or as hard as I imagined ... my only regret is not doing it sooner.

My experience with my weight loss story. I had a wonderful experience from day one. I began with the weight inquiry. I was greeted with not pressure but facts. It was a smooth transition and every detail was explained from cost to setting the date to the actual procedure. The surgery was performed in an excellent manner. (No challenges or complications). Everyone that I have encountered was professional, kind and caring. My room was a beautiful suite, clean, comfortable. The transportation as excellent, and giving I give my experience a five star rating
