This is by far the best thing I have done for Myself. The process was easy. They talked me through everything from financing, to hospitalization, surgery, post surgery. The hospital in Juarez was great. Very nice and attentive. I was scared due to the location and horror stories of the area, but we felt very safe. The Taxi picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the front door of hospital. I would do it all over again.

Greetings all, I am super excited to review this company and share my experience. I recently was sleeved on June 28, 2019 by Dr. Rodriguez and Dr. Elmo. From the moment I spoke with my coordinator Jessica on the phone up until speaking with her post discharge, she has been fantastic! She is kind and caring and made me feel comfortable with Beliteweight. Jessica answered all of my questions and responsed to me within a timely manner. Ginger in finance was great to work with as well (yes, they offer a finance program). Their customer service is top notch which is very important to me! When I arrived in El Paso, my driver Juan called me before I even made it off of the plane. He was ready! Lol. I enjoyed him. Once I arrived to Hospital Angeles in Juarez, Mexico, the facility was wonderful. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly and my room was nice. They took excellent care of me. Some of the staff speak little English but that didn't affect me. I studied Spanish before I left home and also downloaded Google translate to assist me. One staff member (Jesus) was tickled to hear me speak Spanish. The day of the procedure, all of the staff involved in my surgery came to speak with me, nurse for my IV, anesthesiologist, surgeons, nutritionist, patient relations, etc. You name it, I met with them. All procedures are just as the US with the ethics. My procedure went well. I was in recovery for a little over an hour. When I woke up in pain, they immediately gave me something for it. Once back at the room, I never had to ask for pain meds. They came like clockwork with pain meds, new fluids, shot for blood clots, nausea meds, etc. To sum it up, I received superb service all around. I am glad that I chose BeLiteWeight. I 100% recommended them. No one forced me to write this review. This is my truth. I am 5 days post-op and 7 pounds down! Excited to see what the future holds. All thanks to God for the opportunity! I have been talking to Jessica (my rep) since 2016, she has been beyond amazing and patient with me and my never ending questions. I finally did the sleeve surgery I mean I was scared of everything, the idea of it itself, let alone going to Mexico and getting it done. It was the best decision I have made I’m only 4 days post surgery so I’m not sure how much weight I will lose but I’ll make sure to update. The hospital was clean, with amazing staff, they took care of all my needs even though I was by myself I didn’t feel alone. I recommend it to anyone that is thinking about doing this call Jessica and she will get you right with great amount of kindness and patience.

Don't be afraid of traveling alone. I flew solo last week from Missouri and I'm back home, back to work, no problems at all. They took great care of me despite the language barrier and Dr Rodriguez and his team were the best. Jessica at Belite is my facilitator and shes called twice to chat and check up on me. She's amazing and this whole experience is well worth it!
