I recently purchased the convertible weekender and the bag arrived with what appeared to be a scratch down the leather section at the bottom. At the time I didn’t realise but in hindsight I don’t even think this was a Beis quality issue, I dare say it was customs when entering Australia! I emailed them and explained what it looked like with photos - they responded within 24 hours and had sent a new bag with a tracking number the same day! It was such a smooth process and I’m so happy with the service - the quality of the bag is also amazing. I will definitely be purchasing more products and they are so affordable for the quality, compared to alternatives in Australia!

The Beis backpack has quickly become my travel saviour the quality of it is amazing and have used it on multiple trips without any issues great for weekends away as a personal item since most uk airlines got strict with sizes not had any problems being allowed to take it on. Can fit so much in it and any stains have come out quite easily with a little bit of detergent and a cloth arrived really quickly can’t wait to grow my collection

I had an amazing experience with Beis customer service. I was traveling domestically the day that I received my Beis weekender bag in the mail. I filled the bag to the brim, and attempted to zipper it; as soon as I closed the bag, the zipper fell off and broke. I emailed them right then, and they responded within 24 hours. They asked I send a picture of the missing zipper, and within a week, I received my new bag. Hounding them definitely will not work; they state that they will respond in 24 hours to all inquiries, which they sure did with some patience. I will definitely be a loyal consumer, and I am excited to try out Shay’s other items!

Saw lots of unfavorable reviews somewhere. So I emailed customer service with questions. My experience was more than favorable. I first asked questions online with Ana that were answered immediately. I placed my order on Friday and my purchase was delivered today (Tuesday) with daily delivery update. Very happy with the product and customer service!

I ordered the small carryon in grey based on it's features and weight. I had a small issue when it was quickly delivered and customer service promptly responded and took care of my issue. Shipping was fantastic and I was notified when it was going to be delivered. I ordered the luggage in grey but really wanted the pink, but very happy with my choice! I bought a pink weekender tote from Amazon so I have a little pop of color anyway. Im happy this piece is lighter than a lot of luggage.

I've seen nothing but positive review videos on social media. Trustpilot is for some reason filled with unhappy US customers. Shipping to Europe is SO fast (next day shipping excl. Sunday, arrives within 3 days), quality is great and love the practical design of each bag. example: I ordered on a Saturday night, it was shipped on Monday and arrived Tuesday morning. Only thing I'm annoyed about is that my Honey extension didn't find a coupon :)

MY FAVORITE COMPANY! So easy to find the luggage set of my dreams on their website, and learn about all of the functions! My order arrived in 2 days and the quality has been so impressive. If you are looking for luggage and bags to make your life easier, they think if EVERYTHING!
