I was a bit hesitant to order because of all the US bad reviews. I do live in Europe, and I had a great experience with the company. I ordered the work tote on Wednesday en received my package that same week on Friday. The shipping was also free. I’m very happy with my purchase the bag is off good quality en fits the description on the site. My laptop fits perfectly and I was pleasantly surprised with how spacious the bag is. I would definitely order again.

Amazing customer service! I had a problem with a zipper after about a year and a half with a suitcase. I reported the problem with pictures and they promptly replied. They sent out a replacement bag right away. "Thank you for your patience with BÉIS! Our apologies for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We will certainly have a replacement sent out right away for you! I have successfully processed your replacement. Please see your replacement order information below."

J'ai acheté la small Carry On. La qualité est incroyable, le colis est arrivé bien emballé et livré en 4 jours ! Étant donné que je trouvais finalement la valise un peu petite, je l'ai renvoyée pour l'échanger contre la Carry On classique. J'ai déposé le colis en point UPS un jeudi, le mardi suivant, la nouvelle valise était arrivée chez moi ! Je recommande vivement pour la qualité des valises et pour la livraison rapide. Je ne regrette absolument pas et j'ai hâte de partir avec !

I ordered a few things for xmas, the most expensive shipped by itself and was to my front door in 3 days. Awesome! The second shipment was 2 smaller things, which unfortunately was given to OnTrac to deliver. They left it on someone else’s porch, provided a picture of this wrong porch and called it a day. I reached out to BÉIS with photo evidence showing that ontrac screwed me and was treated with respect and understanding, and was taken care of right away.

Kind of shocked by the bad reviews. I have two different bags from Beis and really love both. One I've had for two years and it's great quality! They feel like a good quality for the cost of the item.

I wanted to write a positive review to counteract some of the negative ones. I ordered an East to West bag, a cosmetic bag and jewellery holder in Olive Green. They arrived today - Quick delivery. They are of excellent quality and stylish. I’m really happy with my purchase. Thank you Béis

I found this company to be amazing. Best customer service I’ve ever experienced. They went above and beyond and solved my problem and then some. Highly recommend. Also their products are amazing!!! I have the carryon and it’s incredibly high quality.
