I am happy with their customer service but appalled by the quality of their product. I ordered the pink glossy carry on and on my first trip to the US, the handle broke. I messaged the company upon my return and they were very understanding and sent me a replacement suitcase: hats off to them: BUT, there is a big BUT. I am now travelling again with this new suitcase and the silly zipper just broke. I knew from the beginning when I started packing that something wasn’t right because I had to move the zipper back and forth to actually close it. It was very wonkyz But how can the quality be so poor? I had a $40 suitcase that lasted 7 years and this can’t even last a trip. One single trip! It’s supposed to be airport-proof but I haven’t even made it to the airport to check it in. Imagine checking it in and losing all the stuff inside because the zipper breaks. Please save some money and order a different suitcase

Their customer service needs some serious improvement. The delivery company lost my order and I was offered a replacement. I requested a refund instead, only to see on my credit card account that they had only issued me a partial refund, leaving me £43 short. When I raised this with them, they claimed that because I had used a promotional code that I wasn’t entitled to the full amount I had paid. So they still ended up with £43 from me and I never ended up receiving anything. Thankfully I was able to raise a dispute and claim the remainder back through my credit card company. I do like their products but would be extremely cautious if I was to purchase from them again.

The worst customer service ever!! I purchased a travel bag and was offered a 15% welcome discount, ok that was nice, I shared my purchase with a friend and not even an hour went by where she went online and was offered 40% off, which was not there when I made my purchase. So we emailed the company Beis, which is the only way you can communicate. Long story short they would not honor the new sale price they said “sorry “you used the 15% you can send it back but we’re going to charge you $10 return fee!!! What a joke!!

I loved the bags sooo much I got the two creamsicle 29 check in bag and the carry on with the beige backpack they are light amazing and stands out 🥰but the creamsicle doop kit and cosmetic pouch set the corners all was peeling off and I tried calling the company and send an email just a week after purchase no one ever replied to my concern.

The bags look gorgeous to begin with but they scratch easily and the stitching has all come undone. I got one of the work tote style ones. For the price the corners should have some metal hardware so they don’t look battered after a few uses.

My carryon had an issue with the locks as soon as I opened the box. I emailed customer service several times describing the problem and asking questions about how to fix it. Every time, I got the standard answer telling me how to change the code which had nothing to do with my problem. I got so frustrated that you can’t contact a human by phone or chat that I just returned it. I would be hesitant to order from them again knowing you only have email “support”.

I added products to my shopping cart and used the 15% first purchase coupon. I didn't notice that because of the coupon being applied, that I had to now pay for shipping. As soon as I noticed that I had to pay for shipping (I hate paying for shipping), I emailed them asking if I can cancel my order i had placed minutes ago so that I can re-order and order more things to meet the free shipping quota. I went back and forth so many times via email with the customer service asking if they could cancel my order and reinstate the 15% code so I can use it to place a new order. At first, the agent offered me 15% off. I thought, if that covers the shipping cost, then fine. I had mentioned in the very first email I had used the 15% off coupon and wanted to cancel my order after realizing I was paying for shipping but wanted to reinstate the 15% promo code so I can place a new order. The agent did not read my emails because after many more emails, they noticed I had already used the 15% coupon and said he couldn't give that discount to me. I said, fine, then cancel my order and he said he would. Then I get a notification that it's been shipping and that it's arriving today! I sent them an angry email saying I had requested this to be cancelled and had already spoken to their customer service many many times about this. Now, I'm being told it's be re-routed to them and my order is cancelled but we'll see if they credit my card back. Their customer service is so lacking that I don't know if I want to re-order their products. It looks cute online but not worth the hassle of 15 emails back and forth to cancel

I liked the design of the weekender bag so purchased it. Most of the bag uses a heavy canvas material except for the corners of the separate wet storage which uses a cheap (and not very endurable looking) vinyl. I thought it would be best to return it. Although I am still able to return it (within the 45 day return policy) they will not return the full cost of the item minus the $10 CAD handling and $24 shipping costs which would refund $114.74 to my card from the original cost of $148.74. Instead they only want to return $80. They are dragging out the process so the deadline to get a refund will expire soon. I am not sure if they are dishonest or incompetent but either way I think I will not get my refund. I would totally avoid this company. Their product is cheap and their customer service is dubious. UPDATE: I did get my refund (minus shipping and minus $10 restocking fee) after 10 emails spread over a week. It was a hassle.
