In blatant violation of GDPR.
In blatant violation of GDPR. The ordering proces in itself was not an issue, but I have been trying to get rid of this companys communications for months now. The unsubscribe link they have in their newsletter does not work. I then contacted them directly and asked them to remove me from all lists manually. They claimed they did this, but obviously that was not correct, since I'm still receiving their emails. Apparently the only way to get rid of these people is to block and report all their emails. Additionally, and this might be coincidental, but I have received a lot more spam since I ordered from them. Would not be surprised if they sold customer data, since they're not adhering to GDPR anyway. I would not shop here again, as they obviously have no idea what they're doing, so I wouldn't trust them with any of my data, knowing now how they operate.
