Ordered 12/4 and paid for faster shipping as it needed to be at my daughters college house. It’s 12/10 and no movement I asked to change the address since 12/7 after 4 days of no movement They said you can only change adress 1 hour after making the order What? If you only confirmed the order and didn’t process why can’t you go into the database and change adress Ridiculous customer service

I’ve ordered from the company twice, first time there was a small issue that got rectified fine, second issue I’m waiting over 2 weeks for a refund….they say they are having “refund issues” which I doubt because it seems they take a long time to give refunds. They never updated me and now I’m out over £100 due to their lack of customer support. Never even received an apology just got a bunch of crap Chatgpt type emails. Absolute disaster!

Products seem to be good, but the ordering system and customer services is awful. From the Beis website, I ordered a simple work tote for my girlfriend for Christmas on 12/2 to give to her on 12/15. Today is 12/7, and there has been no communication. I went to the website to get tracking information and was referred to the Shop app. After downloading the app, creating a login, verifying though email and text codes, there was no information on my order in the app. It was a complete waste of time. So, I found an email for Beis customer service. They keep addressing me as 'Explorer' in emails like I am a 5 year old or a puppy. Bottom line is that they never shipped the order. I requested a cancellation and they refuse. They will not cancel an order that they haven't shipped 4 days after it was placed. Beis is clearly not set up to fulfill e-commerce orders and couldn't care less about people.

You better hope they don't change the rules on you. You spend a ton of money and earn reward points...then they take them away. Then they tell you contact customer service to get it worked out and NOBODY is in customer service. You can send email after email and NO-ONE will answer. They will respond every so often on social media..but only because they want to make it look like they want to help you fix things...they don't. You better hope your order and your products are correct and do not break otherwise you are stuck with broken bags and nothing to show for all the money you spent.

The company sent me the wrong product - I bought a check-in size but got a cabin size bag) - and after that I received really, really poor customer service and I still haven’t got my money back nor proper answer about the status of the return. I was a long-time supporter of Beis and I am very disappointed how little the company cares about it’s customers. Do not order from Beis.

Bags have a nice color options, but very cheaply made. Long stitches with cheap plastic materials at TOP prices! AlliExpress or Marshalls, has equal or better products at 1/2 the price! I returned a weekender bag that absolutely fell apart, and 10 emails later I got another cheap GARBAGE weekender bag, but overall Customer Service is HORRIBLE, they hide with no address and no PHONE number to call! Took me 18 emails to get help! They use AI during the night, CRAZY annoying,”Jessica” whole point system HUGE scam! Tried to use points and they “expire” HORRIBLE actress company! SAVE your money! By your plastic suitcase, or plastic duffel bags anywhere else their stuff is garbage!!!! At CRAZY high prices! RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Watch your wallet!!!

I got this as a gift and it's non-functional for me because the water bottle holders are too small to hold a standard sized Owalla bottle. My boyfriend spent $15 on shipping this extremely light item. I want to return it but discovered returns are not free and in fact cost $10 despite the item being brand new with tags still. I was told by customer service there was nothing they could do. $25 lost. VERY DISAPPOINTED with company policies and with Shay Mitchell. These products are expensive so why are these policies terrible and worse than comparable online retailers?

Poor customer service. Support staff do not understand messages. Rewards tier perks not honored.
