They do not let you post any negative reviews on the Beis website. I purchased a Travel Wallet. Very disappointed. When shipped it was put in a plastic shipping bag with no bubble wrap etc and it came with dents and scratches all over it. Quality of the product is very cheap. I returned it and they charge an extra handling fee of $10 plus they do not refund you all the taxes you paid for the product. I will never purchase from this company again.

Terrible customer service. Their policy says that customer has 45 days to return or exchange the product. In fact it does not work. Customer service does not react or response the letters, at site not possible to proceed exchange or return. Do not recommend!

Ordered a travel bag. Courier delivered it to the wrong address as the 'proof of delivery' photo is not my house. I tried to contact BEIS customer service to request a refund or replacment, or at the very least to follow up with the courier, but I am getting completely ghosted. No reply to emails for several days and the website chatbot is unattended. I understand it is busy before the holidays but not even a case number is unacceptable. So I am currently robbed of $120! Will update this review if the situation changes.

The bags are just ok and they have horrible customer service. One item was forgotten from my order and it took them 6 days to get back to me about sending it. They then refused to offer expedited shipping (it was Christmas time and this was a gift, I never would have gotten it by Christmas with their regular shipping rate at this point). I ended up asking for a refund because I was tired of dealing with their horrible customer service. There is no phone number to contact and despite several requests for a manager contact, all of the response I received were essentially “we understand your frustration”, or “we take customer satisfaction seriously”. No real efforts were made to try to make the situation right. The company is just overall horrible. I would not recommend.

I am so sorry I didn’t read the reviews here before I ordered mine. I ordered my bag in November and it’s still sitting in the Netherlands. The customer service is awful, they keep telling me to give it another 5-10 business days. Seriously?? I should have just ordered a cheaper dupe version on Amazon. So disappointing

Ordered items 13 days before Christmas for a gift. Website offered free shipping 3-7 business days period. After ordering 2 days ago I get email stating to allow 5-10 extra days for order processing and 3-7 extra days for shipping due to holiday volume. To add insult to injury you are then notified all cancellations must be done within ONE HOUR of orders and 20% restocking fee if returned. This was at best misinformation and misleading or at worst dishonest and deceptive. In 2024 this company has no business being in online market. Totally unacceptable.

Horrible customer service. Got little to no help regarding an order cancellation. The company did not tell me there was delayed shipping for the holidays, and when I asked for a cancellation they were extremely condescending and weren’t willing to have a conversation. Truly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.

It has been over a week to start a return and still working on it. Extremely poor customer service only available weekdays 9-5 M-F! Then up to 48 hours to respond. This is unacceptable for online ordering IN 2024. The product colors are also not representative. Will never order again.
