Couldn't be happier with my first experience ordering glasses online from Befitting! I ordered and paid for my glasses, but hadn't yet submitted my prescription and PD number, and received reminders from Befitting to do so in order to get my order fulfilled. LOVE my frames, the fit, the look. Would have given 5 stars, but had to spend a lot of time reviewing frames, and would have like to 'save' some in a list instead of going through the entire product inventory each time. Looking for frames takes time and consideration IRL, but online it's more difficult as you have to visualize how they would look.

Very satisfied with the product, price (even covered/billed directly through insurance). However, the sign-in and account information process was very clunky and not quite user friendly. I had to call customer service for guidance, and they were very friendly and helpful. I hope to buy again from Befitting!

vision is great with the lenses. Love the glasses after all, although they didn't really match the version shown on screen.

Got exactly what I had ordered in good time. Fit was great. Next time I need glasses and frames this is who I will be ordering from.
