These people are true saints! They cared when my own doings caused my prescription glasses to become louder by the postal service. They refunded my initial purchase without having received the initial purchase return. When I inquired as to why, they didn’t want my benefits to expire as it was the end of December coming on quickly. I didn’t ask them to, they sent an email to notify me of the decision within their office to help me and restore some positive vibes, and let’s not forget, be able to see. BTW, they are still lost somewhere within a specific USPS facility according to their package tracking information. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤓
