I wanted to express my gratitude for the great service I received from Emily O, with befitting customer service. She went above and beyond for me acquiring something for my needs. She is a breath of fresh air in the retail world. Pleasant, understanding and her listening skills are spot on. You’re lucky to have such a caring person. Len H

Very satisfied with the customer service. I had to change my prescriptions several times and they worked with me to work it out. Thank you very much for your patience. Great job. Stop.

The first pair of glasses I ordered I was a bit worried there would be something wrong with them. Not the case they were perfect they were spot on with my prescription my vision has never been this clear. So with that YES I've just ordered a second pair and I'm not the least bit worried. If your on the go like I am and you only have time late in the evening to shop on line. No worries with Befitting they are helpful, and very much in the loop with communication in order to take care of all the needs of all their customers. The selection of all products are more than any franchise store front. I recommend Befitting to any and all customers current and future!!!!💯

It's the only place I found the perfect frames for my face and they carry Ray-Ban the order was quick and courteous delivery was wonderful going to definitely use them again

Very prompt communication and very professional. If everything arrives on time, I will definitely stick with a 5 star review and order from them again!

Befitting was easy to use, they were fast and easy to use. Best of all the glasses were great right out of the box. There were no mistakes in the finished product so iI did not have to do a Re-Do on anything.
