I purchased a new pair of eyeglasses through Befitting Eyewear last week. I was thoroughly impressed with the pricing, the service, the turnaround time, and quality of my glasses. I was even more impressed of that someone followed up on a weekend to confirm my prescription and to ask some very good questions to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and needed. Will definitely return for another pair very soon!

I received my pair of glasses in a prompt manner and I felt as if everything was good. However, I noticed that they wanted to slide down my nose. I emailed the help department to try and adjust my frames. They were kind enough bro walk me through the process which I tried several times. After no kick, one of their staff contacted me and asked for pictures of me wearing them. They decided that the frames were too large and they are currently sending me a smaller pair to replace the larger ones. Very helpful and very thorough. Thanks Befitting team! Great job

Was always unsure about ordering my glasses online, but I have to say, they really thought about the whole fitting experience. From streamlining the insurance features to the tools that are used to take the actual photos and the ability to view your selfie with different glasses. Everything was done with no hassle. Through out The Whole process I was receiving email notification informing me when the grasses were being made to when they were being shipped. The quality of the grasses were exceptional. This included the case which was way more sturdier than any I had ever received and the instructions on how to care for your new glasses.

Website is relatively easy to use and navigate when ordering prescription glasses. I think the prescription submission process could be integrated instead of just being an extra email to send after submitting your order, however. I decided on some different frames after placing an order and they made the cancelation process super simple and it was easy and painless overall!
