I had a pair of prescription sunglasses made. I received them, but found out that Befitting is not accepted by my insurance. The web site said it was (and still says it is). They only accept my insurance for contacts. So I had to send the glasses back. The return process was easy. The customer service was outstanding. Refund was very quick. If my insurance was accepted I would buy here again. Be sure to double check...maybe a phone call is merited.

Order was easy to place, and staff contacted me to clarify and update my order with no issues. As shipping time was a bit lengthy, staff upgraded my shipping for free. I recommend Befitting unless you need your order soon.

I got my contacts in a timely manner once I got them my prescription. I wish they would be able to get in touch with my doctor to get the script themselves, but other than that they were great. Good prices too

Befitting.com has a great selection of frames to choose from, and makes it easy to see the price after your insurance/benefits are applied. The frame and lens selection process is simple to complete, and when my glasses arrived they were perfect. But, there is one area that could use improvement. You are unable to add your prescription to your profile/account. You have to order the frames and lenses first, and then you have to email in a picture of your prescription with your PD afterward. I feel that giving the ability to add your prescription information to your profile, as competitors like Zenni do, or at least enter and provide a picture during the ordering process would make things much easier. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for this.

I received my new glasses and was pleasantly surprised by them. The prescription was just right. I had ordered from a different company previously and was dissatisfied with that other company.

I liked the customer service, the glasses I received I absolutely loved. It’s a year and a half latter and my prescription has changed. They do not replace lenses to accommodate this and really having a hard time having anyone replaced the lenses in these frames. I want to continue using these frames because they best I’ve had. Keep that in mind when buying certain frames. The frames were Oakley.

My first pair of glasses, and the exam was painless. I love the clarity when I have them on.

They are lightweight and don't leave an indentation on my nose like my old pair use to. I forget I have them on most of the time. The only part I don't like is they squeak a lot putting them on and off but that's minor.
