I normally order from companies like zenni or eye buy direct but somehow I came across this website and I was so excited for 2 reasons, they had the betsey Johnson frames I LOVED and they accepted my insurance. With the other sites you have to pay upfront then request insurance for reimbursement so this was lovely. Also I had a hard time locating my insurance info and I used the chat and someone was able to provide me with my info I needed within a few minutes! A couple weeks later I got my frames and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been telling my friends about it as well. Thank you befitting :-)

I was very apprehensive of ordering prescription glasses online but I took a chance with Befitting because of their reputation of excellence, and now it is the only way I will order a new pair of glasses. The Rayban glasses were the exact model and size I ordered, and the progressive prescription was correct. When I emailed with questions on the size they responded quickly, the ability on the website to put in my insurance and it provided me it's discounts on the glasses, overall a very, very easy, reassuring experience.

I purchased glasses for my two year old. Customer service helped me get proper measurements and were wonderful to work with! When he wears them, they're wonderful! I picked the KNex pair because it has the flexible hinges and they've held up so well! Would definitely purchase again.
