BefittingReviews of befitting.com

Great communication and customer service. If any issues arise regarding an order the team go out of the way to help resolve it. Plus fast shipping a bonus. I would recommend for parents to use the insurance benefits for eyeglasses through Befitting. Normally do not leave reviews but I was happy with the overall experience so i felt I should let others know to order here.

Customer service is honestly 10/10. We ordered bifocals for my 3 yr old son. Getting the perfect fit has been a bit challenging given the online platform but the customer service has been SO quick and receptive to ensure he has his glasses in a timely manner that fit him well. Will certainly be using them again in the future

My first experience with Befitting was last week when my employer offered an on-site optical clinic. This offered a full eye exam as well as had a wide range of glasses to choose from. They had an Optician on site and while I was getting my eye exam done, he had taken the opportunity to pull some glasses for me that fit into the criteria I had given him. He helped me find the best pair that fit my face and that looked the best on me. I am still fairly new to having to wear glasses so having this option was a HUGE benefit for me as I am not sure what to look for in glasses. He even helped me decide what type of lenses would be the best option for me according to what the doctor prescribed. I would highly recommend Befitting and on-site Optical clinics to my friends and family. Overall a wonderful experience.

Great glasses, awesome price! That they work with insurance so easily is a huge plus! I love this place.

Befitting has gone above and beyond to make sure my glasses were going to work for me. It is so important to have a pair of glasses that not only correct your vision, but also fit comfortably and suit your style. Befitting understood this and delivered accordingly. It’s always a pleasure to encounter a business that truly cares about their customers and their needs. Will definitely continue to use Befitting for my vision needs.

This was my first experience with Befitting with our new vision insurance, but not my first time ordering glasses online - it was not flawless but they pivoted and made me a happy customer. First, I ordered single vision lenses, like I always do but they emailed me and suggested progressives since my prescription gives that option. I agreed. Then when they went to produce them the lab was not able to make them. They were both open about why and apologetic for the mix up. I appreciate that. They also refunded the rush money I had paid without me asking for it since they were not going to meet that deadline. Next, once they arrived they would not stay on my face. The temples were not bent well to fit and they fell off anytime I looked down, but I loved the lenses and the frames so much I emailed them for a return or solution. They sent me info on how to adjust the temples at home and it worked like a charm. Overall I really like the sunglasses I received. They are a good quality, and the lenses are very nice. I was a bit worried when I had to email my prescription in later that it would get mixed up or lost, but it worked out really well. Their customer reps are also really nice and helpful.

I used to purchase eyeware from Zenni, however the team at Befitting.com ROCKS!!! I'm now only getting everything from them only!

Received professional and friendly service during my recent glasses purchase.
