Befitting exchanged the glasses for me without charging me any extra and sent me a prepaid label. The exchange process couldn't have been easier. I received my glasses very quickly. The experience was great. My prescriptions were perfect. And these are the best glasses I have ever owned. Very comfortable. Look fantaztic and feel like great quality. I have never ordered glasses online but I am glad I did.
