Slow and deceptive
They’ll say anything to help you place your order, and provide slow and inadequate follow through. SUPPORT is rarely available, and as they are eager to charge premium for overnight shipping, they fail to explain that it will take a minimum of three weeks to get your order processed. It takes a week just to get through their antiquated system, and then two weeks to process so overnight shipping is kind of a moot point.

The glass quality befitting uses is very poor
The glass quality befitting uses is very cheap which get's scratches very easily. Their customer care is very good, but they have to work on maintaining product quality. I gave them a 5 last time because of their customer care, but will give them 2 stars this time due to poor product quality.
