i think it is good except I cannot get price match which made me unhappy.

Needed to return a pair for an exchange for a mistake I made in my prescription. The new pair arrived two days after I sent the return back. Easiest customer service experience ever. Also, these frames are adorable and the lens are correct. I will always order through Befitting.

I needed to return my prescription sunglasses after I received them. I contacted customer service and they were EXCEPTIONAL through the return process. I was able to return the glasses and my account was credited back immediately. They also contacted my vision insurance to reinstate the benefits used. I have used Befitting in the past and will most certainly return when I look to purchase my next pair of glasses. I highly recommended for the quality, the selection, the speed of service, and their customer service. Thank you!!!

I love this company as a first time user of glasses,it went quick and easy,I was hesitant at first didn't think my glasses would fit perfectly,but they did I love em,definetly will be buying another pair in the future,maybe some shades.
