beehiivReviews of beehiiv.com

I've been a beehiiv user for months. the ad deals make it actually possible to build a business as a newsletter writer, and the customer support is phenomenal. love this product so much that I made a trustpilot account just to share this.

I've been using Beehiiv for my newsletter for years, and it has truly become an essential part of my workflow. Beehiiv makes it incredibly easy to craft well-designed, engaging emails without the hassle of complex setup. Beehiiv’s team is always rolling out updates that genuinely enhance the user experience—it's clear they’re deeply invested in helping creators succeed. I highly recommend it for anyone serious about growing their newsletter!

I absolutely love Beehiiv & how quickly their team ships product. They always reply right away & care deeply about the community.

Best email platform and it’s not close

Pretty solid, easy to add visuals etc.

I simply love Beehiiv. It has so many really useful features such as a great, intuitive editor, site customization, money-earning methods and analytics, to name but a few. Whenever I had a problem is was easily resolved by an onboard chatbot helpline complemented by an email support service second to none.

Avoid at all cost. After creating an account, paying for the service and setting up a newsletter they blocked my account without giving any reason. I asked them to explain it or give me my money back since I payed for the service and did not receive it. They did not answer after that.

I'm new to newsletters AND Beehiiv I have nothing to which to campare it, but I have enjoyed the wealth of materials to learn how to get started (slack, Reddit, YouTube), frequent product shipments, and dumbing down of setup. One gripe is that if you want to privatize your newsletter the non-subscriber's user experience is clunky... you have to give them a "request access" form instead of a real "subscribe" form. For the most part I was able to get my own newsletter up and running in about 3 weeks without much challenge, I feel it's secure and I've gotten support every time I've asked for it. Though recently (last night) I did get a "we don't recognize your account" message from their bot. A little concerning. I give this a thumbs up for those new to newsletters, and I'm confident any issues and lacking features will be handled in their frequent product shipments.
