Really loving the platform. Its great to write my newsletter on, and the passive monetization rocks. I actually didn't know stuff like this existed. I'm excited to build up my list and network to eventually try out Boosts too. Also, the support team is so nice. Like, they're actual humans. Even though I don't pay a lot, I feel like they actually care. Same cannot be said of the other email platforms I've used in the past.

awesome platform with the best growth and monetization tools. support is a+ and always helpful when I have questions.

I bought their scale plan in order to use boosts. I have gained 200+ active subscribers, done multiple posts on an account that is over 2 months old and I still can not use boost feature. The responses from their support are completely useless. They copy-paste their messages from previous cases instead of actually focusing on solving them. Dont give them your money because they will not even allow you use a feature you PAID FOR. CON ARTISTS.

I have purchased Scale plan, because they told me to buy it in order to acces Boosts (earn money per subscribers). After I bought they told me that I am still not eligible. I haven’t receieved any guide on how I can acces Boosts, or the milestones that I have to reach. I asked for a refund because of this, but they are ignoring me, and told me how I can cancel my subscription. Avoid at all cost.

Beehiiv is a super user friendly platform. It’s allowed me to create a successful local newsletter that helps our community. I’ve been really happy with all the features it has and the way it reports all my stats to me.

Beehiiv has completely transformed the way I handle my newsletter. The tools are straightforward and powerful, making it easy to create and grow my audience. I love the detailed analytics and the built-in ways to expand and even monetize right from the start—it’s a relief to have it all in one place. What really stands out to me is how Beehiiv’s team is always improving things and listening to users. It feels like they genuinely care about helping creators succeed. If you’re looking for a platform that supports you and keeps evolving, Beehiiv is worth a try.

Great platform and incredible customer service. Also very easy to use. Definitely would recommend.

I've been a Beehiiv user for a few months and have loved the experience. It is constantly improving and the team ships new features and quality of life fixes so fast. The platform is super use friendly and we love how customizable it is. Their customer support is also great if you need them!
