Bought the full size waterproof heated mattress pad. 10/29/31 Bedsure offered a 50% refund and keeping mattress pad. Vs my paying $10 shipping to return the item and still receive 50% refund. The mattress pad does NOT heat up adequately even after 10 hours on. Would NOT recommend any products from Bedsure.

I have a blanket that I was extremely impressed with it's quality and it lasted a while I never thought I would find it again and with a good search I found it again on Amazon unfortunately my Amazon account was put on hold and I couldn't order anything on their website so I went to bedsure.com and found my blanket easily I put that in my cart and then was asked to enter my email which I did and I confirmed it with the site I then checked my email again and found a coupon code for 20% off my order so i went to my cart entered the code and got the 20% off of my order and with the coupon my price dropped below $50 which is the price you must be above for free delivery AND EVEN BELOW THE $50 THEY STILL GAVE ME FREE DELIVERY... now I am thinking ok free delivery so that now I'll get my delivery in a week to 2 weeks right? NO!!!!!! I GOT MY PACKAGE 📦 THE NEXT DAY THROUGH AMAZON SHIPPING HAHAHA.... so I got the quality blanket I wanted for less than Amazon price (almost never the case) I got Free delivery and I got it the next damn day.... I WOULD GIVE THIS 100 STARS 🤩 IF POSSIBLE

Bought what was listed on their website as "cooling bamboo sheets" and when I received the product it was not cooling sheets and I highly doubt this is bamboo. Sheets are hot and hold body heat! Tried to get a hold of their customer service and the phone number is bogus and hangs up. I got a response via email when I contacted their customer service by their email address for the person to offer me 40% back on my purchase and they apologized for the incorrect discrption written but I can't use these hot sheets. And certainly if I was wrong they would have said no but it appears many have complained about this shady company. Do yourself a favor and do not buy from this website. Go to Macy's or somewhere with a good reputation.

I did not receive this product for my pet to enjoy. the company did not send my product now waiting to receive my refund !!! Bedsure is not reliable for ordering and sending by Amazon is not reliable seems like a scam I want my refund!! I want to put a zero review only allows 1-5 so in this case a 1 star My opinion I would not order from BedsureHome from their site or Amazon!! Yes I had a bad experience for three occasions to get this product 2 times ordered on Amazon where they had to refund my money now I went directly on their sight and still having problems. So three times tell me a no go!! Waiting on my refund!!!

I had repeated flooding of my home at the beginning of the year. I contacted this company on the fluke chance that they would be willing to send replacements for the items that were ruined by the flooding (a human dog bed and a heater blanket cord) and they responded saying they were happy to (I know it is a tax write-off for companies) and that they just needed the order # to get the replacements sorted and sent out! Then I waited for a month, hoping the replacements would arrive, and emailed again just checking in. They told me they’d sent everything along to the appropriate department to handle it, and that it was all still being processed. Then another month passed, I messaged them again, and now they said they would not be able to offer replacements, instead a coupon. I had said from the beginning if they weren’t able to send replacements, I was interested in just the cord for the heater blanket that had been waterlogged (two come with it so half of the blanket isn’t usable at the same time as the other). They told me I could not get that removed and I would have to buy a whole new blanket. I wouldn’t have been irritated at all, if they hadn’t promised from the beginning that they’d be happy to offer me replacements! The dolly-dallying for months cost me the time it would take to return it through Amazon (as I had JUST bought it, and it was within the time period to return it for a few weeks when I sent the message…. But it was moldy and huge and bloated (it comes vacuum sealed) I found it daunting to think of returning it, so wanted to try to reach out to them. They cost me a refund by replying that they would do it and then changing their mind!) So on top of everything else I lost to damage and that I had to move and everything else, I couldn’t get my money back OR replacements for these. I DO NOT ADVISE BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I received a MOLDY bedset from this company. They did not care. They told me their sheets were "healthy" and I was smelling plastic. They also told me it was my responsibility to wash them several times to try to get it out. I spent time and money on products in an attempt to remove the MOLD but couldn't get rid of it. After days of communication (their part was always in the middle of the night because they're not in the US) they offered me a 30% refund for a bed set that can't be used. Regarding the MOLD, these things do happen. They should have just offered to replace it instead of telling me it wasn't true. MOLD does not smell like plastic and it shouldn't be my responsibility to clean MOLD out of sheets. This company should not be doing business in the US.

This company sells fake silk pillowcases. Their service is upmost trash and extremely ignorant. I requested a refund of my items and they decided not to reply as they don't want to refund me a 55$ purchase.Its absurd, so absurd. Their pillowcases are probably made from polyester/microfiber I could just tell by the quality. Their disgusting service matches their products. Please save yourself from this headache this is the worst store you could purchase from. Take my word

I purchased the dark gray queen pillowcase from them, washed it twice and washed it once with my sheets, and it ruined my very expensive pillow. It stained my sheets at stained my mattress. I will never buy anything from this company ever again. They have ruined my very expensive bedding. An eight dollar pillowcase did hundreds of dollars and damage and now I have to spend hundreds of dollars to buy things that aren't stained with whatever crappy material they used on these pillowcases. Unbelievable. If they actually manage to compensate me for the damage their pillowcases have done I will retract this review.
