Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and would like to clarify a few important points. Our customer service team responded multiple times and requested standard supporting information (including photos of the received item, care label, and packaging) so we could properly investigate and assist. Unfortunately, these requests were declined, which prevented us from verifying the claim or moving forward with a resolution. According to our system records, the order in question included one GentleSoft® Blanket only. In addition, the order screenshots provided could not be matched to our records and appear to be from an unauthorized third-party website that is not affiliated with Bedsure and has used Bedsure product images without authorization. We would also like to clarify that Bedsure is a legally registered company in the United States and operates locally within the U.S., working with global manufacturing and logistics partners to serve our customers. We remain committed to fair, transparent, and responsible customer service and are always willing to assist when the required information is provided and communication remains constructive.
