Very happy with my costumer service experience. Found the "euro top" made the mattress to soft even though it was a firm mattress. I weigh 170 lbs.

The BetStory used irresponsible Canadian shipper Canpar Express ( Tey were holding a parcel in warehouse for 6 days. There was 26 km delivery distance ) They delivered parcel to my home 5 hours after BedStory Support Team intervention. Amazing! Thank you. Please don’t use this shipper anymore
