Horrible mattress quality with bad chemicals that are off-gassing. They do not respond to customer inquiries. Unethical, and no way to return the mattress as they do not respond.

I received a flimsy, cheap mattress. I was beyond shocked and sent an email to get a return started. (You cannot speak with anyone and there’s no contact info except an email). The first email I sent— I received a response questioning why I would like to return it and them wanting to “fix” the issue. I responded with my honest opinion and they never responded again. I’ve sent 3 more emails since then. No response. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Service and shipping was all good, however the product doesn't offer any support. Would start out in the evening feeling comfortable, but after a couple of hours from my shoulders to hips the topper compressed to a half inch thickness, and felt like I was laying on the floor. Didn't have the body cradling feeling I was hoping for. Am 6' and 200lbs, and this happened after about 3 weeks. Product also made in china. Would not recommend.

The mattress topper has a hard ridge about an inch high down the middle. Totally useless and crappy

DELIVERED TO WRONG ADDRESS AND I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR ALMOST 3 WEEKS TO RESOLVE. BED STORY WANTED ME TO PAY SHIPPING TO CORRECT ADDRESS AT A COST TO ME OF $180.00 AND THEY WOULD REFUND. THIS IS NOT HOW CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WORKS

Non-existent customer service I have tried every possible avenue to get in touch with this company and no one has responded to me. The automated emails I got did not even have links to be able to track my order. I still have not recieved it and I have no idea if I ever will or how to find out. If I do not recieve it soon I will be figuring out how to file a claim against this scam of a company!!!!!!!!!

The order confirmation showed the wrong product was ordered. I sent three different emails pointing this out and received no response about how this could be fixed. The charge went through the day after the order but a month later we still have not received the mattress pad or any response to our emails.

Ich habe über Amazon einen Bedstory Geltopper 7,1cm gekauft er sollte Ökotex zertifiziert sein. Leider wurde von Amazon die Bewertung nicht veröffentlicht, somit erklärt es mir das der Topper fast 5 Sterne in der Bewertung hat ,da negative Bewertungen nicht angenommen werden . Nun zum Topper , er sollte Härtegrad 2 und 3 haben, hatte aber Härtegrad 3 und 4. Er sollte 48 bis 72 Stunden lüften (da er sehr chemisch stinkt) und sich entfalten. Nach 80 Stunden entfalten und bei offenem Fenster lüften, konnte ich feststellen das der Topper mit sehr guten Willen 6,5cm Höhe und nicht die angegebenen 7,1cm erreicht hat. Der Gestank war immer noch da aber nicht mehr ganz so schlimm wie beim Auspacken. Dann habe ich den Topper 4 Tage probe geschlafen. An allen 4 Tagen bin ich mit extrem starken Kopfschmerzen aufgewach und habe nicht gut geschlafen, weil er viel zu hart war. Nach den 4 Tagen habe ich mich entschlossen den Topper zurück zu schicken und habe ihn vom Bett genommen und siehe da am nächsten Tag hatte ich keine Kopfschmerzen, vielleicht nur Zufall. Da ich auch keine Ökotex Zertifizierung, keine Angaben zum Raumgewicht des Materials und keinen Hinweis zur Garantie finden konnte, habe ich an den Kundenservice von Bedstory mehre Emails geschrieben um dort mehr zu erfahren. Nach mehrmaligem anschreiben bekam ich die Antwort 1Jahr Garantie und mehr nicht. Für mich sieht Kundenservice anders aus. Der Topper ist also zurück gegangen weil 1. Keine Ökotex Zertifizierung vorliegt 2. Der Gestank nicht zu ertragen war 3. Die Gesamthöhe nicht erreicht wurde 4. Der Härtegrad nicht dem entsprochen hat,was ich gekauft habe 5. Schlechter und unzureichender Kundenservice Alle Mängel, bis auf den Gestank konnte und habe ich in der Amazon Bewertung mit Fotos und Screenshots vom Email Verkehr nachweisen und mir wurde von Amazon mitgeteilt das meine Bewerbung nicht angekommen wird. Das einige was zügig ging,war die Rücküberweisung meines Geldes.
