I’m extremely impressed with BedStory’s customer service! I had an issue with my original mattress, and BedStory went above and beyond to make things right by sending me a replacement. The entire process was so easy and stress-free. Their customer service team was friendly, responsive, and genuinely cared about making sure I was satisfied. They didn’t make me feel like I was a problem or give me the runaround — they listened, helped me, and resolved the issue quickly. It’s rare to find a company that stands behind its products and truly takes care of its customers. I bought a 4 inch firm mattress topper straight from their website. The mattress topper at first seemed to not be firm when I checked it by hand but when laying on it you do not sink in and it is in fact firm. I had some issues, the mattress topper was not for me. I was able to contact Bedstory and got a resolution within a couple of days. Customer service was helpful.

Well-made and did what it said it would do. Added to the top of my hybrid foam/spring mattress because I needed a little extra support for my lower back and hips, and the 2-inch topper gave me that.

My mattress came today and am now awaiting my mattress topper. As of yet, I haven’t slept in my bed but will do another survey as soon as I have both the topper and mattress
