Upon ordering our Bedjet units and cloud sheet for our king bed, delivery was fast and tracking let us know exactly where our Bedjets were. When I had an issue with one of my units, Terry from customer service was friendly, understanding, and extremely quick to respond. The issue was the remote and one Bedjet constantly disconnecting. First they sent me a replacement remote, and when I informed Terry that it did not remedy this problem, a replacement Bedjet unit was shipped to me. This fixed the problem and what's even better, Terry advised me to not worry about returning the original unit, so as to not inconvenience me any moreso than I had already been inconvenienced. Amazing products, fantastic customer service! I recommend Bedjet to everyone I know!

We've had our standard King Bed size for two weeks now; it's great; in fact it far exceed my expectations. When I started my (re)search on adjustable bed systems, I was shocked to learn that spending $10,000 was not extraordinary. And with a bed and mattress set that was less than 3-years old, I was hard-pressed to spend the money to replace a perfectly good set up. For once, the web search algorithms did me a favor and directed me me to Bed Jet. I'd compare its build quality to that of a German car - operation is as smooth as a sewing machine, weld joints are perfect, wiring is routed like artwork, and the paint, fit, and finish is perfection. This product saved me $8,000 by offering the same functionality as other products that their competitors offer. Check 'em out; you won't be sorry.

Amazing product, My wife have been using Bedjet for about 1yr now and we truly can't sleep without it. So easy to use and believe or not will safe you $$$ on your electric bill. Just set the BedJet at however cold you like with how much air vent power you need and sleep like a baby. We recommend this to anyone who gets night sweats or simply get hot at night while sleeping. Love it!

Absolutely the best purchase I have made in a long time. This was a splurge for myself but with hot flashes and night sweats I could not take it anymore. The Bedjet has absolutely gave me back a peaceful nights sleep. I can adjust between cool or warm air. It makes my bed feel like I am sleeping in luxury. Buy one, you won’t regret it. Also the customer service is quick to reply and super helpful.

As a menopausal woman, the bedjet has been a life changer!!! It helps me regulate my body temperature while sleeping which allows me to sleep better. The bedjet is easy to install and use. I have the remote and love the way it lights up when I pick it up at night if I need to make adjustments. I have a very thick mattress and found customer support extremely helpful as well as timely!
