Love it. Comes in nice during the day so I dont have to run the A/C. I work at night so sleep during the day.

I have owned a Bedjet for more then 8 years. My original cloud sheet by Bedjet started to rip so I ordered another one. It was shipped almost immediately with a notice that it had been shipped so I forgot about it until I got an email from their support saying that the tracking was stalled but they would keep an eye on it. A few days later I got another email saying they were sending out another order since the first one seemed to have been lost. A few days later I received my order. All this with no effort on my part. Fantastic customer service for a fantastic product. Thanks BedJet. Berle Bigelow

Jack the customer service rep was amazing at assisting me in getting a return since I ordered the wrong sheet. By far the best product and customer service from any product I have purchased.

We have been loving our bed jet! We have both slept so much better since getting it, especially since we don’t have air conditioning. I’ve also been so impressed with their customer service. Our bed was a little high for the standard pieces and they helped us get everything worked out. Can’t recommend them enough!

Amazing product with amazing customer service

I've had my BedJet for probably five years and think it is one of the best investments that I have made. I live in an old a drafty house and the BedJet is the perfect solution to make my bed nice and comfy. Sometimes I wake in the middle of the night and the whirl of the warm and soothing fan is just the trick to get me back to sleep. I don't use it in the summer, I just don't find that the damp and cool air suits me as much. In the past two years, I had a couple of problems, and customer service was great. Once they replaced a remote and most recently, walked me through a technical issue that I had as the filter got dirty and the system was shutting down due to overheating. I'm figuring that I'll get one or two more years out of it and will certainly purchase another BedJet.m

After only having my Bedjet a few days, my remote control malfunctioned. Customer service was great and they sent me a new one right away. I am amazed at how well Bedjet performs. I’m a hot sleeper and having the controls on low, I am able to sleep comfortably all night long. This is an amazing product. I’m grateful for your product. Keep up the great work!
