This company surpassed expectations on customer service. I have been using BedJet for 2 years and the remote came apart. I contacted them via email and got a response within the hour! And acknowledgement of the product warranty and the remote was covered. BedJet shipped a replacement remote out the same day and provided email instructions to sync the new remote to the unit. Happy customer that is happy to support this business.

I love my BedJet more than words can explain! Life changing! After owning it for about a year I noticed the filter had a strange musty smell. Customer Service was on it and had quick responses and solved my issue right away!!

I was UBER excited to receive my Bed Jet and when it came, I could not get it open fast enough. I absolutely LOVED it. I thought it was the best thing since sliced bread LOL. It is not loud and blows good air. Unfortunately, I had to return it. I live in an extremely hot and sometimes bipolar environment (meaning it can be 86 one day and -5 the next). With me being 55 going through the pause (meno that is) and packing my own insulation (I weigh 280 and I'm only 5'2) I just knew this was a God send and it is, just not for me. I notified customer service that I would like to return it and had zero problems doing so. I live for people who are super nice and helpful. I don't think I've ever experienced any other customer service as friendly and courteous as they were. I watched all the videos that interrupt your programs on YouTube (LOL) and was convinced that I needed the Bed Jet in my life. I miss it already LOL. The product is great and because they have a great return window, at the very least you should try it. You will not be disappointed.

Amazing customer service. Although i returned the product, the process was so smooth and without any hiccups. I would say its as good if not better than amazons customer service.

Life changing (for the better). Recent service was above and beyond as well but simply put: while this is not inexpensive the return on its benefits are crazy. We original got one for a post-surgery need but 10' after turning it on we got another. Not sure there is more powerful endorsement. Filter cleaning is easy, time/temp is easy, etc. Overall just an amazing product.

Though I have many friends who love their Bed jets, I just couldn't get comfortable with it. Returning. It was incredibly easy and their customer service was certainly five star. I would certainly recommend anybody looking into a bed jet type of device to get the original, especially with the fantastic customer service. Again, sorry it didn't work out for me, but I have many friends who love it and once again thanks for the great customer service during the return process. Jim

We're new to Bedjet and it has been a lifesaver in so many ways. We live where it's hot in the summer, so being able to sleep comfortably at night is priceless. I'm sure it will be wonderful in the winter when it's cold too! Additionally, I have a medical condition where inflammation occasionally causes night-sweats. After getting our Bedjet, that is no longer a problem. Such a huge relief. And the customer service? Beyond helpful. Our mattress is thick and the risers that came with our Bedjet weren't quite tall enough. I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase additional risers and another set was sent out immediately without charge. Exceptional service all the way around, plus it's an exceptional product.

Solid warranty support seems like a good company.
