BedJet better than ChiliCube
We have had the Bedjet for about 6 months. LOVE it!! Both of us! I like to sleep with the temp at 68* while my husband likes his side at 84*. We keep the room at 63*. I had an issue with my unit shutting off during the night. They replaced it within 2 weeks and I didn’t have to ship the defective unit back. When I ordered an extra cloud sheet that was too hard to use, they sent me a new one. I corresponded with them via email and they were prompt to reply and prompt with replacing what I complained about. I had previously owned a ChiliCube and enjoyed it until it started leaking. I did some research and figured I would try the BedJet for awhile. There is no comparison. I liked the ChiliCube, I love the Bedjet.
